The Spring Lake Park Youth Hockey Association is excited to welcome you and your teams back again to the Blaine Super Rink for one of the most anticipated Mite Jamboree's of the year!
This registration site will allow you to register your team (must register each team individually), complete contact information, and submit it for payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. Communications sent regarding the event will only be sent to e-mails entered so please ensure boxes are monitored. To complete registration payment through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from SPLYHA. If you choose to pay offline, please immediately send to the address noted during registration and below and ensure the mailed payment clearly outlines what specific teams of what associations are being paid for. Registration will remain open until Dec 16, 2022 or until full. After that time, please reach out to a Jamboree Coordinator.

Following registration, you or your team manager will receive a follow-up request via e-mail around Dec/Jan to populate a provided template for your team rosters (including full name and jersey numbers) in preparation for the jamboree. All roster information will be required by January 20, 2023. Please have your team managers prepared to provide this information. It's important to get all numbers and spelling correct.
